About Our Delivery service
All deliveries are to UK mainland addresses only.
We delivery Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Standard Delivery
Standard UK Delivery service is FREE for all orders over £50 and £5.95 on orders below this value.
We appreciate that you would like to have your order as soon as possible so our Standard Delivery service offers NEXT WORKING DAY delivery (Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays ) for orders placed by 1.00pm* on the previous working day (excluding Public Holidays).
*Please note this timing may be impacted by Public Holidays and by remote UK Post Code locations that will be advised at check out.
We make only one charge for each order and despatch everything from one location, so all items on your order should arrive together.
We will keep you up to date on the status of your delivery:
- A valid email address and mobile number is required during the ordering process – this will enable us to send you order and despatch date confirmations.
- On the day of delivery our courier will send you a reminder of the expected delivery time window both via e-mail and mobile phone text. If this window in inconvenient, you will then be able to easily re-arrange delivery for another more convenient date.
For your protection, all deliveries will require a signature. If no one is available to accept and sign for your order, two further delivery attempts will be made. If these are unsuccessful your order will be returned to us. For further information, please visit our Terms of Use sections. Orders will not be left or handed over unless signed for by an individual at the stated delivery address and over 16 years of age.
Every effort is made to deliver within the timescales advised. However, where a delay does occur we cannot be held liable for any loss caused.
